Enterprise Rollout 2026: How to Deploy Invoigin at Scale

2026 enterprise rollout playbook: payment to activation, team authorization, limits, governance, and troubleshooting.

Why move to Enterprise in 2026?

Enterprise now ships with one-click team authorization, 1000 PDF exports, and synced credits. The Polar integration confirms checkout and applies limits instantly, reducing onboarding friction for large teams.

Deployment flow

1) Complete the enterprise checkout. 2) The success page calls verify-checkout and flags the account as enterprise. 3) The Team Authorization panel appears on the profile page for admins.

  • Plan resolution uses product/link ID + normalized amount (dollars or cents)
  • PDF limit: 1000, credits: 1000 (monthly invoice limit optional)

Team authorization details

From the enterprise profile, add teammate email. The /api/team-authorize endpoint upgrades the target user to Personal Premium and writes team info into settings.team_info.

Limits & visibility

When a team member logs in, they see a “Team Member” badge and the team name. Personal Premium limits apply (50 exports/credits) and stay in sync.

Troubleshooting checklist

If activation fails, confirm POLAR_API_KEY and SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY are set. Use checkout link ID to force Enterprise. Verify success page can reach /api/verify-checkout.
